Lawyer graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Science from the National University of Colombia at age 21.
Lawyer of the Superintendence of Companies (1979-1980); Head of the Insurance Legal Office of the Banking Superintendency (1980-1981). Since April 1981 partner of Alberto Preciado & Asociados (established in 1951) office with expert lawyers in commercial, administrative, tributary, labor, family and financial law, as well as in international contracts, with the uninterrupted professional practice since April 1981, to the date.
