{"id":1696,"date":"2022-12-21T16:44:08","date_gmt":"2022-12-21T21:44:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/albertopreciado.com\/?p=1696"},"modified":"2023-08-15T17:24:44","modified_gmt":"2023-08-15T22:24:44","slug":"prorroga-decretos-legislativos-560-y-772-de-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/albertopreciado.com\/es\/prorroga-decretos-legislativos-560-y-772-de-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"<strong>PR\u00d3RROGA DECRETOS LEGISLATIVOS 560 Y 772 DE 2020<\/strong>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Superintendencia de Sociedades inform\u00f3 que mediante la Ley 2277 de 2022 (Art\u00edculo 96), se prorrogaron los Decretos Legislativos 560 y 772 de 2020 y sus decretos reglamentarios, hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2023, que establecen, entre otros, algunos mecanismos que permiten contar con un r\u00e9gimen de insolvencia flexible para la reorganizaci\u00f3n \u00e1gil y efectiva de empresas o su pronta liquidaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lo anterior, con el fin de que recirculen los activos en la econom\u00eda, generando una mayor din\u00e1mica econ\u00f3mica y de crecimiento.
