{"id":1444,"date":"2022-07-13T09:04:34","date_gmt":"2022-07-13T14:04:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/albertopreciado.com\/?post_type=actualidad&#038;p=1444"},"modified":"2022-07-13T14:48:49","modified_gmt":"2022-07-13T19:48:49","slug":"nuevo-estatuto-conciliacion","status":"publish","type":"actualidad","link":"https:\/\/albertopreciado.com\/es\/actualidad\/nuevo-estatuto-conciliacion\/","title":{"rendered":"NUEVO ESTATUTO DE CONCILIACI\u00d3N"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con la Ley 2220 de 2022, el Gobierno expidi\u00f3 el nuevo Estatuto de Conciliaci\u00f3n, deroga la Ley 640 del 2001, que regulaba esta misma materia y crea el Sistema Nacional de Conciliaci\u00f3n, cuyo objetivo ser\u00e1 coordinar las acciones y aunar esfuerzos interinstitucionales para la promoci\u00f3n, fortalecimiento y desarrollo de la conciliaci\u00f3n, como pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con la expedici\u00f3n del Estatuto, el proceso de conciliaci\u00f3n podr\u00e1 adelantarse de forma presencial, digital o electr\u00f3nica o mixta, para lo cual las partes deber\u00e1n manifestar dicha intenci\u00f3n en su solicitud o una vez citada, certificando que cuentan con la idoneidad y los medios tecnol\u00f3gicos necesarios para dicho fin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dentro de los seis meses siguientes al 30 de junio de 2022 -entrada en vigencia de la ley-, el Gobierno reglamentar\u00e1 las condiciones que deber\u00e1n cumplir los centros de conciliaci\u00f3n que prestar\u00e1n servicios de conciliaci\u00f3n por medios virtuales, quienes a su vez, tendr\u00e1n un a\u00f1o desde la entrada en vigencia de la ley, para adoptar el uso de las tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n y las comunicaciones, garantizando el servicio de forma digital o electr\u00f3nica e&nbsp; incluir\u00e1n en su reglamento el procedimiento para su utilizaci\u00f3n, que ser\u00e1 aprobado por el Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con la Ley 2220 de 2022, el Gobierno expidi\u00f3 el nuevo Estatuto de Conciliaci\u00f3n, deroga la Ley 640 del 2001, que regulaba esta misma materia y crea el Sistema Nacional de Conciliaci\u00f3n, cuyo objetivo ser\u00e1 coordinar las acciones y aunar esfuerzos interinstitucionales para la promoci\u00f3n, fortalecimiento y desarrollo de la conciliaci\u00f3n, como pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica.
